DHARMA BUM CENTER: Welcome
The Dharma Bum Center (DBC) is Red Lotus Society’s first urban meditation studio, offering free classes and instruction in different forms of meditation every night of the week. We do not promote any particular school or ideology, but rather, we serve as a facility for different meditation groups to meet and hold their functions. The DBC is intended to be an open space to practice and experience different forms of meditation. All events and classes offered at the DBC are free and open to the public, but donations are graciously received.
The Dharma Bums continue to promote the practice and awareness of meditation through Red Lotus Society's Meditation Outreach Programs (MOP), offering Free Meditation/Yoga Classes at San Diego Public and Private Schools (K-12), San Diego State University, Group Homes for victims of Domestic Violence and Human Trafficking, Local Businesses, and Prisons.
