Dharma Bum Teens meets every Sunday from 12pm-1pm. It includes meditation and discussion based on basic practices such as loving-kindness, compassion, joy and equanimity. We will explore how generosity, morality, patience, diligence, concentration and wisdom play out in our lives.

Utilizing the format we created with Delta Beta Tau at SDSU (Nation's first and only Co-Ed Buddhist Fraternity), the kids will have opportunities to share their experience with meditation and various topics. The program will be led by Jeffrey Zlotnik in collaboration with the college students from Delta Beta Tau. This is of course free and all are welcome. Show up any Sunday and bring a friend!
