This past Monday marked a beautiful beginning at St. Paul's Manor as we launched our weekly meditation gathering for the senior community. Led by Lora and Jay from our Engaged Buddhist Training Program, as well as Nancy the afternoon was filled with warmth, presence, meaningful conversation, and shared stillness.
Together, residents gathered to explore meditation practice, mindful breathing, and open discussion in a welcoming and supportive environment. It was inspiring to witness the genuine connection and calm that emerged through simply sitting together in mindfulness.
We are grateful to continue offering this weekly meditation and discussion every Monday afternoon, creating a space for reflection, community, and compassion for the seniors at St. Paul’s Manor. We look forward to many more afternoons of practice, friendship, and shared peace together.

If your community, senior center, recovery program, school, workplace, or organization is interested in offering meditation outreach at your location, we would love to connect.
